Recognizing the Cebuano's growing/increasing fondness of pets, and acknowledging that certain concern for pets, who we treat as family, Parkmall boldly opened all its doors to pet owners who wish to bring in their pets with them when they come to Parkmall to dine or shop. Any pet owner may be allowed to tag their pets along as long as they follow certain RULES & REGULATIONS.?

What are the guidelines??

There are certain guidelines that need to be adhered so that each pet owner will have a hassle-free and most enhoyable bond moment with their pets. They are the following:?

1. Pet owner must secure a pet pass for his particular pet. Hey may apply for it at the Customer Service Area.?

2. All pets MUST be kept on a leash and the owner may please maintain a maximum of 2 meters distance from his pet at all times. Keep in mind that other mall visitors may not be comfortable around animals/pets, so the pet owner must not allow his pet to run or jump on other people or pets.?

3. Pets are not allowed in all art installations and areas where signs are posted.?

4. Pet wastes must be cleaned by the pet owner immediately. Owners must bring their poop scoop bags, or they may approach our customer service are to purchase ones. There will also be pet stations to be placed in different areas inside the mall to provide plastics for trash and trash bins.?

5. All pets MUST have required and up to date vaccinations, especially anti-rabies.?

6. Pet owners must not leave their pets unattended for periods of time, as this may lead to their pet creating public nuisance and disturbance.?

7. Pets must be under control all the time. They must not interfere in any way with other people's enjoyment inside Parkmall.?

8. Owners who fail to properly control their pets and disturb other mall visitors may be asked to leave the mall.?

9. Pet owners or custodians are fully responsible for all actions of their pets.?

Parkmall is not only open to pets during mall hours, as early as 6:00AM everyday, Parkmall opens its gates to pet owners and their pets who wish to take a morning walk with their pets here at the Parkmall Jogging Lane. You may also spend time together playing games and hanging out at the Enclave Garden.?
